Nexcash Apology
Yesterday I was no longer able to access my stats! I panicked and thought they had dropped me. I emailed them and not taking into account that this was the hollidays took the slow time in responding as a "sign" that I had been dropped. Nexcash in their usual way of "bending over backward's to help" took the time from the holliday to look into this for me. What had happend was that someone had accessd my account and changed my info including password and email adress! I have never had this happen before and am floored! I wish to apologize to Nexcash and their staff and to all users of thier program for my haste in "thinking the worst". They once again proved to me just how honest and helpful they really are. I am at a loss of what to do (if I can do anything) to who done this. The email they used was [email protected] . My address was still the same but probabily would have been changed when it came time to mail out the checks! Once again let me say how wrong I was by doubting the sincerity and questioning the integrity of this outstanding, helpfull and above all else honest and trustworthy company!
