With AVS recurring will paysites charge more?
 

Ever since adult check and cyberage went recurring, I have receied emails from several other AVS's who are going to go recurring (monthly or quarterly) or are contemplating this.

Will this in turn preceed an increase in charges for paysite memberships in the near future?

I mena if an AVS is going to charge the surfer 19.95 per month, shouldn't a paysite cost about $60.00?

I think this is a good thing anyway, but I just wondered what you thought?

some might argue and avs is better than 95% of paysites out there. I mean with cyberage you get all the leased feeds and crap plus access to all the sites.

less than 2% of my members go to the live feeds section, I can't see that being much of a selling feature, unless you're producing your own

A lot of paysites have dropped their prices from $40 back to $30.
In the long term this seems to be more profitable, because the members do stay longer with the lower price point.

I think with regular AVS recurring (as opposed to premium) it still hasn't been long enough to know if that model will work. As with all things only time will tell.
But kudos to anyone trying to make more $$ for themselves and their affiliates rather than just trying to maintain the status quo http://bbs.gofuckyourself.net/board/smile.gif
