Arrgh! Windows XP Cursor/Browser problem?
 

I'm ready to shoot the computer.

Damn near everytime I barely even move the cursor over the browser the damned thing will roll back a page and sometimes just continue. Real pain in the ass.

Is this a new Window's XP thing? Never had it happen before. is there a setting for this?
