Software for batch watermarking videos?

I've got hundreds of videos to watermark, doing them one by one in adobe premiere pro is taking days. Anyone know any software that can do this automatically for a batch of videos? Also needs to output in WMV.

I've had a search but can't find anything for doing batches automatically.

Thanks.

I think you can do it in Vegas but I haven't figured it out yet. Instructions would be nice if anybody has them.

Cleaner XL works great for this. You make the watermarks with transparency as .png files in Photoshop first and let Cleaner XL run the batch.

virtualdub doesn't do WMV, says format not supported cos Microsoft own the patent

And CleanerXL is $550, which is a bit much when I just need it for watermarking

:(

I was just about to recommend this one. The new 3.0 version is awesome. I upgraded to "Pro" and am as happy as a pig in shit.

I encoded and watermarked 500 clips while I slept last night.

:thumbsup :thumbsup

nice one

only thing that doesn't make me happy is that the program doesn't let you edit the fields title/author/copyright etc.. on the outputted WMV files and doesn't let you add shadow to the watermarked text, apart from that it's great.

Hm. Similar thread from a few months ago.

Adobe Premiere (6.0/1.5). Make a TIFF and make and place your watermark, and tada. Load it into Premiere on your project, and tada. Done.

:pimp

Drop the script author a line and let him know that's something you want added to a future version.

He added one of my suggestions a few revisions back.

If you remember my original post, I'm looking for something to do this via batch. That means hundreds of files automatically one after the other. Adobe premiere does not have this facility.

I might just do that!

Also, what was the feature that you requested?
