Does anyone know any real hard numbers on just how long surfers stay customers of paysites they've joined? I've looked around and really can't find any...

Any simple suggestions on how to keep what you've got (customers that is) coming back month after month...or should you not even bother...cuz there will always be someone else to take their place?
