Question to Editors
Have any or you gents or ladies, seen the movie "Ransom", or the Kay Jewlers commercial? AS in the resolution Scene of "Ransom" ; How would one convert video to Black and White, and only show the color RED in Adobe Premiere or Premiere Pro, or Even Adobe After FX?

Don't know, we use Vegas. Good luck.

In the Video FX tab you'll see "Color Corrector (Secondary)". Then you'll see a number of presets - there's one called "Desaturate All but Reds" - that should give you what your looking for. I've never used it....but I read a little about it. Try it out and lemme know if that works for you.

You're right, my bad. I would try looking into a mask situation. Duplicate your video track (convert to black and white) and do a mask (to retain the red). |
