Secured Amex or gold/platinum credit cards?
 

Some time ago i saw a company that was offering a secured platinum amex.. they required a 10k deposit (this was the credit limit also) and 1k for their service.. anybody ever used this system? (im not in the US cant get a decent ccard here.. so dont tell me to do that)
