Do sales not show up until they are approved?

Or are those only free signups that are approved that show up...

So if someone purchases on the fly will they not show up as a sale until someone approves the sale or will that constitute automatic approval and show up in the stats?

I highly doubt sales would show up unless each sale is actually approved, I could be wrong but I think that would be the most logical practice a site like AFF would do.

so your saying they wouldn't show up until they are approved?

Sales post as soon as they clear, independent of whether the profile has yet been approved.
