Vancouver runs in the same price range $2-$3Mil - would love to find a killer weekend place - is Whistler good for a full time place? 1 to 2 hours away from Van? - what type of shopping - etc. is there during the non-ski season?

Recovering from a disaster of a week - two hosts went down, dropping 90% of my traffic. One permanently. My old PC pretty much died. Got a new, kick-ass system and it started off my crashing every few minutes. Had to copy all old files to new pc. Productivity down. Traffic down. Sales down.
