I've been seeing her name all over the place, but to be honest I have no idea who she is or whats going on with her. I know shes on life support, and thats about it. Who is she, what happened to her, and why is her situation any different from someone elses in the same boat? In other words, why is she getting all this media attention. Fill me in please.

I just want a quick rundown of the situation, not to research the thing. How come her case is getting so much attention, this kind of thing happens a lot.

Well, it turns out she is a real life zombie. All she wants is to eat some human brains but no one will let her because of U.S. health and humane laws.
