I hated this movie, Tom Cruise was cheesy and the role didn't fit him at all IMO.

Godfather 1 & 2, The Usual Suspects, Meet The Parents and Rounders come to mind off the top of my head.

Hackers was great when it came out....and it's tech references actually made sense (not like some future movies I saw where they were going to hack people by using 'ping' hehe)...and it has Angelina in it to boot :winkwink:

As for Dogma, I like all of Kevin Smith's work a lot, but rank this film third behind Clerks and Chasing Amy. The ending kind of sucked, but the buildup during the movie was pretty cool...so was Jason Lee as Azrael

As you noticed, yeah I am mostly into indy/underground movies...Hollywood stuff doesnt really do it for me. I did like the recent King Arthur though, because of it's unique take on the story (having Arthur being Roman, and portraying Merlin / Guinevere as pagan/druid folk).

Hackers... you serious? The fucking GUI's on all the computers they "hacked" were amazing. When I pretend to hack its on like a fucking black and white screen with tiny ass letters. technical might have sounded ok but didnt look it :)

Ahh I liked K-Pax and Wall Street now that other people mention them. Good stuff. I'm going to visit amazon now.
