Once you go above 10,000 it gets into the ridiculous levels with rooms you'll never use.

7K to 10K is perfect for the mansion feel without being out of control.

No problem man. I know who would buy it too but there are so many huge homes around here it makes you wonder sometimes. If you ever have to sell unless you have a few years to sit around and wait for your price its just overkill.

The other downside to a monster house is when friends and relatives are in town visiting, they want to stay at your big house instead of a hotel and its hard to get them to leave.
