I need help with a Photoshop Mac file

I just posted about it on my first thread, but here it is, in case you can help me.

I was wondering if someone could me a favor, and do this for me (please, please!!!!)

All I need is the layer that says "Club Tequila" (the logo of the club) in Photoshop for Windows.
I know, I'm asking for a lot, but could someone do this for me?
