Vince Neil is so fucking washed up he tried doing the "reality" bit with a show about him working out his flaccid body and getting plastic surgery. The highlight was getting his hair colored. Haha. And then I caught him doing a bit on American Casino. Anything to get that one shot at 15 more minutes of fame. Give it up.

The only cool member of Crue left is Tommy Lee.

I went and saw them last week and they put on 10 times the show any of the lame shoegazing idiots do these days...if I'm going to pay $85 for a ticket, I better get fucking entertained and I did...Motely Crue at 50% is still better then 90% of the acts out there today.

mahoney, they are sold out this weekend unless you have a good connection ;-)
my connection is bone dry so far...well worth it to see them though. I have relatives in town for fucking Easter so won't be seeing them even if my connection "finds" a couple tickets.

My hookup is their former road manager...his hookups aren't as good as when he was their active tour manager ;-)

The only bad thing about their strong (so far) comeback is they'll be priced out of reach to play a webmaster show (I'd contacted their management about booking them at one time, but at that time, they hated each others' guts)
