How can I save an actual video file from the news stream on this page:

Are there any programs that allow you to rip a video stream and let you save as?

Never mind, it won't work. The only video this allows you to capture is a tutorial .. sorta like if you wanted to show someone how to use MS Word, etc. and you needed a program to record your steps.

I need the actual video from that url. Can anyone help?
