you're doing some sort of webmaster resource site... and you're gonna have a sort of "Top Ten" for different areas and categories... or at least limit it to ten... and there will be a section for graphic guys amongst the categories....

...and your list is going to be based on who is willing do some banners or some other work for you rather than who is actually worth being listed.

With your history of searching for the most free everything available, I find it very difficult to believe that you have actually forked over the exorbitant amount of cash in fees required to trademark that name. I just don't buy it.

Copyright is inherent for original works, but you can't just slap a registration or service mark next to your name and claim a trademark ownership unless you actually have Federal documentation to substantiate it.

Be careful space... you seem to be fucking up in alot of areas lately....
