It's $800 - $1000 just for the girl, $400 for any male worth 2 shits, $100 agency fee for each, $200 for any low end make-up artist, $200-$400 for location, $150-$250 for an assistant if you don't want the shoot going on for 14 hours, $100 for lunch for 5 people, and god forbid I actually make any money... media, shipping, permits, taxes... and every corner you cut shows in the final product unless you are very creative with the budget & resources. But, I'm not giving away any secrets for free here.
