Use the search feature here and you will see that your chances of getting even 25 cents out of them are about nil.

Just a gun PP?? I think ya need a guided missile with the capability of doing a "surgical strike" at one target at Deerfield Beech, one in Califorina and about two other locations.

Seriously fibermice... there are a number of suits pending now. You are lucky this is only for $2.5K, but understand that can be meaningful!

There is a glimmering chance you may get some of this money - but suspect the full claim will have to be made with a liquidator or similar party in the near future. Tho... in that instance there are funds in banks he can call upon.

MacDaddyPlaya 03-24-2005 12:41 PM

Good luck with that one. The company just hired to handle the restructuring of iBill had to cancel their contract for lack of payment due to lack of payment. They are taking every cent they can out of that place with the webmasters being last on the list to get paid. Seems like XTV is doing well though.

webspider 03-24-2005 12:49 PM

A liquidator or a bountyhunter would be a good choice, but the gun may do the trick :)

Sosa 03-24-2005 03:20 PM

your not going to see the money

Unless they plan to file for bankruptcy, they will have to pay.

Well if you are processing with gkard "secured" you at least got paid for 2 week in Feb. Those that were processing with gkard prior to Feb, well that was old gkard. This is new gkard which is independent.

Maybe later, we'll have a new platinum secured gkard. Only $500 to join the program but you will be even more secured. If you don't join, well you could be SOL.

Just a free marketing idea i'm throwing out there for gkard. Btw, anyone with some spare cash should take part in supporting IBD by buying some of IBD stock which you should get at discount being IBILL client. You can go to the IBD website for details: http://www.interactivebranddevelopment.com

Slow your roll playa...If I am mis-informed it is due to legitimate resources for information and not cause I like to stir up shit.

You just don't want to openly talk about any relationship between XTV and IBD.

No, iBill and IBD may not directly be involved with XTV. However, there are some glaring facts that I think raise legitimate concerns.

Things like Molina Vector Investment Trust, or Nexcend Marketing's interest/involvement with XTV. As well as Charles Prast's (who is running iBill) involvement with XTV. And just to show you that I am not stirring up shit, here is a legitimate article from PC magazine (1-11-05) in which Prast is quoted as the President of XTV. Article

Fabian, I don't know you, and wish you nothing but success. But you don't know me so please don't say I like to stir shit, because I don't. I just think people have a right to know the complete truth about who they do business with.

DebsDeep 03-30-2005 08:05 AM

Mac is right, it may not be direct but dam close from what I see. I say still away, they dont deserve anything

There wasnt any denials like Fabian is making here. XTV has too many connections to the ibill/penthouse dealmakers and that is not a good thing.
