I had a server with Webair for a couple of years and Gerard always took good care of me.
General support was sometimes a little frustrating though and I finished up moving to ISPrime.

After the crap that Webair put you through, you should contact an admin and have this thread locked so it never rears its ugly head again. Might even ask them to move it to their secure forum so people can't link to it. :2 cents:
