NV has some of the worst laws on record with regards to the kind herb.

I'll have to check up on that. I used to travel quite a bit and being an avid 420 fan, I made an effort to be in the know when visiting a certain place.

NV from what I read (a few years back now), was one of the places that over the top sentences were often given to people caught in possession. Could I be wrong in saying the state, but right if I said Las Vegas (the city and/or county)?

I have always been EXTRA careful when visiting Vegas. Someone out there had a hardon for marijuana and users.

Yes. That sounds like what I remember reading.

Here in NY I'd get what would amount to less than a speeding ticket for upwards of an ounce.

There you'd get a couple of years if the judge is having a bad day. Scary.

Nevada used to have some of the harshest pot laws going. A single joint was a jailable felony offense. They have since lightened up considerably.

I use to have the best hookup in Vegas when I lived there and then I came back from the Phoenix Forum a couple of years ago and I called to get some and his phone was disconnected. Never heard from him and I was most frequent customer. ; ) About 9 months later I saw him in Wal*Mart, never asked what happened or even talked to him, we just both smiled at each other. Ever since then, I've had the hardest time finding a solid hookup there. It sucked.

A felony charge for a seed is scary and a big waste of taxpayer dollars.

They had the vote to legalize it a year ago I think ... got voted down, but wasn't too bad. Like 65-35% I think weed is the last thing Vegas needs to worry about. ; )
