Its simple. Sell houses to people in the UK. At the moment people are buying property outside the UK like crazy.

So simply set up a property website and start selling property to us Brits.

Cost of hoses in the UK is very high.

So people are getting cheaper houses outside the UK. Often much bigger and better quality.

For £300,000 in London you get next to nothing, but go outside the UK and you get great houses.

Moire and more are saying stuff it and moving away.

So whatever country you are in, sell to the UK.

Why you don't do it man ?

I live in the UK.

You need to live outside the UK.


At the moment each month people are coming to Leeds United football ground and sell property in Spain. They are selling like crazy.

Turn on TV in the UK and the programmes are all about buying property in the Sun.

why? you need to be a licensed agent to do that?
