The best biller? - didn't found
 

I searched for any threads, where anybody told, who offer the best payment-solutions. Didn't found any.
I got good offers for an european-billing-system, but they bill only europe. Do you know wich company offer worldwide, is not to expensive, perhaps offer more languages (for users and webmasters), and can include an affiliate-programm? CC, debitpay oder anything else, but no dialers.
