They just dont freeze it. They send you an internal email advising you that they need additional documentation (they provide a list of what you can use). They give you x amount of days to take care of it (I don't recall the exact time frame but at least a week).

Its pretty painless. I scanned the docs and emailed them a jpg of the scan. My account never ceased to work during the process.

here is the situation

I have to send somebody a 3600$ payment
and I have alot of money in paypal

here are my options

Withdraw the money day by day, lose tons of money on the exchange rate, and then put it in my bank in US funds, so lose exchange rate again, and send the wire transfer (like 12 days later)

send a big Epass CC payment, but there is a limit of 500$...

or ask someone to do it for me :thumbsup

paypal fees are a bitch for that ammount of $$$$ anyone recieving it will loose $100+

It won't be easy to find that someone, as both PayPal and epassporte can be charged back.

But anyway, to further develop the conversation, do you mind telling us what you're paying $3,600 for? :upsidedow
