Can a spammer use your....
cgi script email form on your contact page to send spam from your domain?
I got a spam abuse email and have never sent a spam in my life. And a little bit ago some dude emailed me yelling at me to remove his email from my list. |
Mailers are exploitable but most likely someone is spoofing your email address.
someone can just put your email as the 'from' adress in the spam...
I get spam complaints (emailed to me direct, not official from host/upstream) from people who get to my site via a reseller's popup advertising, LOL!
well according to the header I saw it is from my mail server :upsidedow I was wondering if it might be my very old cgi/perl form mailer I have been using. I should just install a updated php form.
