Is this why epass cs always replies with "please call..." ?
If you've ever emailed cs@epass you've probably seen this boilerplate reply,
Dear Cardholder, For further assistance, please call our Cardholder Services Center at any of the phone numbers listed below we need to speak with you in order to process this request. I hope this is helpful and please let me know if I can be of further assistance. Regards, ePassporte Cardholder Services [email protected] Toll-Free from US: 1-877-372-7790 International and US: 1-310-301-2001 I just found this on their contact page... *Although we recommend that you obtain the answer to your questions on our website, we are happy to respond to your first inquiry by phone free of charge. Every month you will be able to make one telephone inquiry to our Cardholder Services free of charge. A fee of $1.50 will be deducted from your ePassporte account on subsequent calls. I guess that explains why I've had that reply 3 times so far in a query thread. :Graucho |
