if someone was to do this with an epassporte personal account their blance would rise above 5000$ and trigger 'fraud detection' at epass and you then would be required to to submit identification to try to avoid any interruption in accesss to your funds - only a small hassle but thought I would mention it :)

just helped him out with over 1k ... very smooth and fast ... I have done work with B40 before though and his money has always been good.

Moving money into paypal with a credit card ties the money up for 4-5 days ... been there done that.

Loading it from paypal to epassporte with the paypal card costs to much ... much cheaper to have it moved through another person.
