I'm noticing an awful lot of our sales cancelling due to reason "bounced emails" . At first I thought it was just simply that, customers putting in bogus aol emails. But we're getting a good number of customers who signed up with their real aol email complaining that their account was cancelled and they want to be a member, all because epoch is auto-cancelling them.
I spoke to paycom support about this to find a possible solution, and, of course, they gave me the textbook idiot questions like "Are you sure your dsl is plugged into the wall?" LOL, but seriously, have any of you been having problems with this bounced email situation, and any suggestions on how to solve this?

if this is a receipt issue you should contact big hip.. Many large companies including fortune 500 are using the big hip receipt service to solve this problem
