Adultlocals, your geo targeting is way off...
 

All your geo-target banners say "Plano webmasters" and yours is the only one that I ever see that gets my location wrong...

I'm in Houston on one of the largest isps in the city, so I'm certain many people aren't being targeted correctly. Might want to look into that...:)
