if he offers any of you domains - 1st check them to see if they are actually registered - cause he comes up with names - checks to see the avalibility and then if you say ya - takes the $ and then registers the domain

too funny... didn't exactly happen this way. in the beginning i posted a few domain names for sale - (i owned them) and this individual purchased them. i then asked if there were any others he was looking for or would be interested in. he proceeded by specifying the niches: poker/casino/asian/japan/etc... so i did a search for available domain names and just presented him with the entire list. never did i put a price on a non-registered domain name... i would have asked him for an offer. the buyer creates the value in a domain anyway.

example of what he just offered me a domain - i asked him if it was registered - here is his side of the conversation:

they'll just send me my $ back

just a fair warning for you guys/girls - he claims that he owns thousands of domains - yet will never show a list of what he actually owns - check the whois before buying from him

Whois information can be held up for 24 to 48 hours even if a domain is registered and live.

This is normal with the new instant propagation techniques.
