how can i find who owns a phonenumber
 

hey guys,

i got a call and i have no idea who that person is butthey left me the phone number (i wasn't home at the time of the call) I have to call long distance so it's a bit expensive. so, how can i find out who owns a phone number in the USA ? i have the number, i need to know the company.. thanks a lot

If you know it's a company.. why not post the number?
Search the number in Google and see what comes up.

You can use the white/yellow pages with the Reverse Phone directory - usually gives you the name/address if they're listed! :)
