More iBill Woes - Can't Pay Restructuring Fees

iBill's Fucked

More law suits, can't afford the fees for the restructuring contract, not looking good.

vicki 03-23-2005 08:44 AM

ahhh sh*t

so many have been screwed over already :(

MickeyG 03-23-2005 09:34 AM

They didnt pay the revshares yesterday either. And the revshare monies were deducted from the master account payouts that went out on the 15th.

Fucking crooks.

Methodcash Rick 03-23-2005 09:37 AM

Come on guys, you can't honestly say you didn't see this coming...

The FDC money was supposed to be released on the 15th of this month, yet there's been no mention of that money, or any plan to dispurse that money..

It's a never ending cycle of clusterfucks over there at IBill...

Blaze 03-23-2005 09:40 AM

Ever since Ibill first had problems years ago I never trusted them and never used them. Anyone who didnt see this coming from miles away had thier eyes closed.

Drake 03-23-2005 09:42 AM

That's bad news indeed

JFK 03-23-2005 09:44 AM

Sorry to hear , but the writing has been on the wall for a while :2 cents:

MacDaddyPlaya 03-23-2005 10:39 AM

I just hope First Data releases the funds directly to the webmasters. If iBill gets it, look for them to take it and file bankruptcy.

Lester 03-23-2005 10:52 AM

Man I remember when Ibill was "THE" place
to go and use for 3rd party billing

But that was ages and ages ago.......

too bad they screwed it all up

I hear you. Too many people got involved with iBill for too many reasons other than building a successful billing company. Really a damn shame.

Nad 03-23-2005 11:03 AM

the snow ball is getting larger as it rolls down hill.... that company is so messed up.. I think they have 10 employees now.. tops

You mean to the webmasters/companies suing? Because I don't think First Data has the database of any of Ibill's clients.

keyboard warrior 03-23-2005 04:53 PM

ibill is doing some shit with xtv.

Bossholio 03-23-2005 05:22 PM

iBill has nothing to do with xtv. we have our own merchant accounts and use them exclusively. iBill does not own any part of XTV inc.

First Data knows nothing about webmasters, so they wouldn't be in a position to pay out to them.

iBill may have nothing to do with XTV directly but how about IBD or Molina Vector Investment Trust, or Nexcend Marketing. Do they have anything to do with XTV? Does Charles Prast have anything to do with XTV?

Yep, that's the problem for those owed money.

No surprise there MacDaddyPlaya!

I wondered who was going to pay the fees of overbloated and over -rated "management company" who are incapable of offering much more than possibly painting a more accurate picture of iBill.

Corporate Revitalization Partners (CRP) are good a talking billions, but have problems revitalizing themselves - nevermind others.

BUT :-) The overall plan is still on course... and goes like this....

"We are not interested in any future for iBill - we already have what we want and wish to see iBill terminated asap. We need to disassociate our asses from iBill and have passed over the management of iBill to a turn-about company. Now that they are at work, why dump more money down the drain and pay them? Let the current court actions proceed and iBill will just sink into oblivion and some liquidator can clean it up.

Meantime... we are moving forward with gKard, XTV, publishing of Penthouse in Mexico, (tho, without permission), and trying hard to stay clear of iBill. And... let's not talk about any bad shit just now - Prast is busy scamming an upbeat picture for XTV, Molina is trying to lay claims of finacing this and Jason is busy defending his SEC fraud case at this time."

Major (Tom) 03-24-2005 03:03 PM

why are people still talking about ibill.. its done.. face it. move on
