all this domains belongs to the same person who asks partner account in enormous amounts (i got a couple of emails each weak), all emails send from host-80-95-39-123.dsl.sura.ru and some others, Whois info is almost the same. i wouldn't be surprised if they all cheat:

That sucks.

I blacklisted that fucker from my tgp's and added him to my cheaters forum last month. And just yesterday him e-mailed me 3 times telling me he isn't a cheater. But he is and I caught him myself, re-directing his galleries.

Just stop giving partner accounts to webmasters who don't have them elsewhere. Contact other TGP webmasters and check.
