Two question.

1. Is the content transferable?
2. How much (ball park figure is fine)?

1. i believe the content is transferable, but it's linked to this domain, so no problems there.

2. ball park figure... about $12500 USD . negotiable.

1. Does it come with members? If so are they transferable?
2. The DVD titles, whats the value?

How many members?

# members: 18 (i never really promoted it, just from type-ins, it brings me about 180$/month)

dvd titles: american nymphette 1-2-3, pimped by an angel, la femme Nikita Denise (all licensed from adultlegal.com about 280$/each)
