I think the problem that Chris has, is that you're using the brandname "Vimax" in your banner to advertise your services.

You're making use of what I'm guessing is a registered trademark for commercial purposes.

guys l said it was a random choice for a pill product ,in the same way l chose a random site to show how we send a surfer to a page.

Look at a grocery store showing a food basket ,are they infringing the rights of heinz beans as l can see a can in the basket ....look at a cam site ...l see a logi- tech cam on some sites ..get the idea?


I simply placed a pill bottle on a sample demo banner,I removed it before l was asked ,I also said sorry...I also even offered to promo JupZChris,s site ....so thats the end of that drama :pimp
