Firs of all, I would tell the surfer a little of what he will be getting inside. Number of images, movies, Nudity, hardcore, NN what ever. Give him the reason to join. And make sure that you have what you say you have. Then get aff's to promote you, and do some tgp promotion, as well as link list, and link dumps.

Get your affilaite program listed on as many webmaster resource sites as possible. You can also buy advertising on webmaster resource to promote your program. You can also submit galleries and get some paid spots on some TGP sites.

Through affiliates.... set it up in your ccbill settings...

instead of using the words lacey and lace constantly in the alt tags of your images, use more descriptive terms for the se's to eat up....

Get as many affiliates as possible to sign up (the sig is a good start) and let them bring traffic to you. You should focus mostly on building/maintaining the site!

Its all fixed, sorry for the confusion everyone!

Might want to put 1 or 2 high res pictures on your site.
People want to see the pictures you have for a tour, not a thumbnail that blindlinks to the join page.

Okay Just found your high res, and I had to look 3 times through the whole site.

A paysite should be, heres what I have, heres what it costs, signup here, not alot of confusing links.

Also get rid of the Links page, you want people to buy a membership to your site, not surf off to find a better deal.

Tour pages and a great site design and a pretty girl are what makes the sales.

Best thing you can do is attend phoenix forum and meet webmasters, make sure you have cards to give them to promote you. Work deals with tgp's for special content to promote you with etc.

adwords.google.com is your friend.

Finding a quality affiliate program manager with experience helps.

BTW props to you for the site, nice to see original ideas coming out like that.
