Got some good savings finally, and was wondering ifthere is anything in the adult industry worth investing in with good returns. i can always keep buying real estate which goes up, just not a quick return. any ideas is appreciated.

If you want to invest some of the money, put about 100k into business ideas. and to be really really safe with the rest, just lock it into some 6 months cd's. Usually with that amount, the bank will give you a special rate.

I would like to invest in something that brings me 25-50k a month. Course i could always just make interest or keep doing real estate. But I have made truck loads in this industry a while ago, just wondering if there is anything worth doing.

I hope you'd get more than 20k back a month. It would take you 50 months to get your investment back at that rate and that doesn't even factor in currency devaluation.

Agreed, real estate is almost always a good long-term investment.

construct a new building in a nice place and sell half of the condos etc.. you should get your money back with half of it and you may rent or sale or do whatever you want with other rest of the building.. and you are on your way to make your second building... this is what i do as an engineer but never had enough to build my own.. duh

Better yet:

Buy an enzo and charge people $1000 for 2 hours of driving it. Do that for 10 hours a day = $5000 a day x 30 = $150,000 a month

I made my money in the adult industry and no I don't have too many rich friends, only 23 for christ sake. Just dumped all that free pass money from the good years of this biz into real estate, and now its gone up a lot. And yeah asking advice from a forum of webmasters that are usually just dicking around is not top shelf but ya never know, sometimes good things happen from stupid ideas.

You can build a little empire ... get 4-5 employes just for advertising (google / tgps ... heavy spots buying etc) .

Get 4-5 GOOD paysites done .

Get some dvd distribution with the content (shoot everything in HD and a real good quality ...)
