In the five days I was in the Philly area....
 

I had:

- one cheese steak
- two soft pretzels
- three perogis
- serious jet lag
- a 103 degree tempature for 24 hours
- to go to three (count them THREE) church services with my parents
- to buy three boxes of Tastykakes that are amazingly still unopened.

I'm in San Francisco now but only landed late last night so haven't been out yet. One of my ears still hasn't popped from the flight and is driving me nuts. Hope everyone is well and getting ready for Pheonix :)

tried all that and also discovered it isn't great to sleep when one of your ears is closed like that

My son just came home from Philly and brought me pretzels.....they were stale and still the best....now I miss them.

Wish I could order those as easily as ordering tasty kakes...

do they have Italian hot dogs down in Philly? or is that just a Jersey thing?

2 years ago i also had one ear that was 'closed' after flying... since then the ear is very sensitive to certain sounds, and it always is fucked up again for two days long after a night out cuz of the music and shit.
It also makes the sounds around me sound hollow in that ear when i just jogged. Its like the eardrum blows up (not like explode but like blowing up a ballon) and deflates (gets back to fairly normal hearing) a while later...
But i guess your ear will be fine in no time . Btw not trying to scare u :1orglaugh
