2. We do not allow adult images. We used to allow this. The main reason why this rule has come in to force is because when we did allow these images, we would get abusers who slowed the service down for everyone. Since we have disallowed this sort of hosting, our service has been fast. If you do desire adult hosting, please look at our competitively priced hosting packages.

Im not spamming, im advertising like the rest of the people. You are reading the TOS for free accounts, premium accounts are allowed adult content and you can win a premium account here.

Our Standard and Premium photo hosting accounts may not be used to distribute adult content. Standard account holders found in breach of this rule will be subject to immediate termination of service. Premium account holders will have 24 hours from date and time of email warning being sent to rectify the issues with their account before there account is terminated without further notice or refund from us.

Update in due course. We are currently evaluating the effect allowing adult images on premium accounts will have.

Hmmm, have you ever actually worked in adult? In the TGP world a site with 100,000 unique visitors per day is not uncommon. A single TGP gallery submitted to the right places could have several hundred thousand loads per day.

Of course anyone with that amount of traffic would probably not be using a free service, but you never know. :winkwink:

I think you'll probably also run into ch*ld p*rn issues. A blanket "no nudity" rule covers everything, without you having to wonder if that topless girl is really over 18. Any site which allows autonomous/unreviewed uploads of images will always have this issue.
