file->Export->Frame.

I believe. I'm on my laptop right now so don't have access to it.

Should you be dropping $700 on a program when you can't even export an image :1orglaugh :helpme

Correct.

Watch clip to the point you want and pause, or use the marker and move it to a nice crisp, clear frame, then follow the above.

:pimp

Resize it after you export.

make a new ntsc custom project....ntsc will allow you to change frame size speed kbs etc. or resize after you export the frame

Why don't you use VirtualDub, or at least BSPlayer? They're more than enough to make the screenshots.
