Can't anybody do a favour for someone else nowadays without having to get something back in return?

There is always a risk when you don't know the person. Doing a transfer for someone with a flagged paypal or epassporte account (or perhaps a phished account) can bring you down as well. 20% sounds fair to me for that kind of risk.

Obviously if you know the person well its a different story.
