People using CCBill sub accounts be careful....
I thought this would be my only option since i am in canada...... and as far as i know.. no incorporation company will sign visa contract on your behalf..... so i sent an email to ccbill asking them if its okay to have a sub account under someone....
now.... 1 phone rep said it was completely okay, another rep said he didn't know.... and then this one said it was against visa rules and could have account suspended... The main account holder on an account can only set up subaccounts that he operates/has control over, owns, etc?what you describe below is a violation of Visa rules and is a violation of our AUP, which if discovered may result in account suspension. What client account # are you referring to? -Mark obviously i didn't tell him which client it was that offered me the sub acccount....so i don't know what to do now.... i wanted to incorporate in the states and then sign up with paycom or ccbill... but when i asked them they said company OWNER has LIVE in the states... and supply US drivers licence number etc and sign docs..... so i guess verotel is my only option??? but downfall is affiliates don't like verotel.. and using hosted galleries is near impossible with verotel... :helpme :helpme |
There are several Canadians running paysites using CCBill. Buy them dinner, maybe you'll learn a thing or two...

Can't a resident agent do it? The resident agent where you incorporate.

You dont need to incorp. in the US to do what you want to do.
The main sponsor sets up the sub account for you. They fax in your pay info (who to make the check out to and what not). Ccbill cuts you a check every money for the sales that sub account does based on the percentage that you and the main account holder agrees upon. Its really easy and done all the time. You do not need to set up all that stuff. Its kinda like being an affiliate really. |
Message me and I will point you in the right direction.

Fuck I didn't know that was against their terms of service. I know somebody who lost their globill is doing that very thing right now with a ccbill paysite owner and has been doing it for at LEAST a year.
(obviously I won't rat) |

They dont want to risk losing their own ability to accept Visa, and probably don't really want to be associated with porn |

The contracts must be partnership agreements, not management. |

This is going on with more fingers than you have available to count on without a partner. It is ahh... normal... but shhh... it isn't happening here ;)

comedy
yes, how can i process through ccbill without having to mess with the Visa BS??? what do you think they are going to say? This IS the reason that globill lost their ability to process, dont you remember? this thread is comedy, just move to the US |
this is fucked. Why won't visa let canadians use ccbill?
Makes no sense. |

An ipsp can only sponsor merchants in countries where they have a banking relationship. Since no Canadian bank will touch porn, Canadian companies are forced to seek alternative ways to remain in business. |
