im not speaking against ALL girls in this biz because a lot know a lot more then me hands down, but some... what the hell are programs thinking hiring some of these chicks? like said in another thread NONAME didnt no nothing about shaving or galleries, my sponsors, well i've talked to some of the girl reps they arent even slightly helpful in most of the cases. ill get hell for this but its true and a lot of you know this from experiance :2 cents:

i think he was trying to imply that its takes experience to be a account rep.... and it takes experience to know what a webmaster wants.

It's all about the pretty face and little to nothing about the skills. I've stopped using reps to do biz with. The only good one I have ever run into is Mike from Hustler, he is awesome and needs a raise. I've had more female reps rip me off on traffic trades then I care to count. Sponsors know what they are doing when the hire these hotties. People arnt going to call out the hotties.

Just more proof that if ya want things done you deal with the owner. No one is going to care as much as the guy that is putting up the bucks to make it happen.

The women get enough shit... Several of them KNow what they're doing, I know KimmyKim knows her shit, I know TheAdult Broker knows her shit, as does Aly, I can also name a couple that didn't know fuck all. Same goes for the men, Derek at Webcam cash can work with you and create numbers you wouldn't dream of, as can Dwayne at sexkey. It isn't the face that you're dealing with it's the knowledge and the attention to details.


A lot of webmasters don't realize how frustrating it is to deal with your problems when you don't bother to listen to our recommendations. Two things to remember when dealing with Affiliate managers (I've been a successful webmaster so pay attention)
One, We know our sites better than you do, if you ask which sites convert the best and you don't listen, please don't come bitching because you aren't doing well.
Two, You know your traffic b etter than we do. IE: if you know that teen sites do best on your site say so, because I and no other affiliate manager knows that little detail. SO instead of saying "which sites convert best" ask "WHich teen site converts best"

I'm the first one to admit to you if our program isn't going to do well for you or isn't doing well currently and I'll recommend a couple programs to try. That's one of the reasons a lot of webmasters come back after trying a different program and thank me and later try out one of our new sites that I think will perform well for them.

If you don't like your current affliate manager ask for a different one.
