Getting a netbilling account
 

Ok im stuck.

I am looking at setting up a netbilling account for use with nats, but not being from the US I need advice on the best way to do it.

Now Visa requires not only a US business, but a physical presence in the US. As i am reading it, they want one of the business owners to not only be in the US but have a US social security number. That means that if I used one of those company setup services then they would have to be the actual owner of the business!

I know there have been those of you who have managed it, but god knows how. Is there any way of satisfying netbillings (visa's) requirements while not having someone else own the company?

If you are processing more than $75k per month currently, we can set you up with an EU merchant account to use through us. If not, then you will need to go US and have a pronciple with a US SS#.
