anyone know a good money collection agency i can use to collect the money ibill owe us? i dont care if they take 1/3...2/3 is better than nothing....

talk to a lawyer or the BBB first (if its a nice large sum of money they owe you). a lawyer may also recomend you a good collection agency to file for them.

BBB wont do anything..they are just a reporting agency..

Talk with your accountant - perhaps you can offset some current/future income by writing the $10K off as uncollectable, etc.

don't think so, your lawyer will want a 5k-10k retainer then probably charge $5k or more when its all done with
