Who should be paying for this?

OK.... I got a present for someone from ebay

The seller has great feedback etc so I wasnt worried

It didnt turn up so I emailed them and finaly he says (2 months later) that it has been returned to him as undeliverable.

The address he has is correct and if no-one was in when it came they would have left a note and you pick it up from the post office. This didnt happen.

He will have to resend it... Who should pay for the delivery? I have paid once and didnt get it, should I pay again? Its coming from CZ as well so its not cheap.

Its a moral dilema and as I have no morals at all its all too much for me to work out!

He prolly lied about sending it.. Ask him to take a picture of the package where it says it was undeliverable. They usually stamp the packages with that.

I would normally assume that.... but he has a feedback rating of 99.8% with over 6000 sales

I have to assume it was an error at the Post Office......
