5 blogs for sale + 1 PR-4 site + 46 Domains (serious people only)
 

As I have mentioned before, we are making a move halfway across the country to the coast. This means I have to make a bit of extra money as the cost of living is twice what it is here.

About 2 months ago I decided to invest in blogs, and paid to have these setup.

Collectively, these 5 sites get between 427 and 708 uniques per day (SO FAR this month), PRIMARILY SE (Yahoo + Google) traffic.

Aprox. 700 return bookmarks so far this month.

3 of the sites have the #1 spot at Yahoo for relevant keywords.

They are brand new sites (except for the PR4 domain) - 2 of the 5 blogs are indexed thoroughly and are climbing up very fast, the other 3 have yet to begin being indexed as well.

4 of the 5 blogs have been updated TWICE daily consistently for a month now, each page is, has or will be indexed.

I am no expert at SE placement, and I am confident that whoever buys these sites will do much better than I do.

I really only want my investment back, which was a little more than $1500.

So, for all 6 sites, in one purchase, it's $1500

That makes each site only $250 each.

However, if you choose to want only one site, the price of each site will vary, but go no lower than $125.00.

Also, I had an inquiry last night - and it has been brought to my attention that somehow, my PR4 site has dropped to a PR0 for some unknown reason. Please negate that portion of the details from this point forwar. HOWEVER; it IS still listed in Google, and the traffic appearantly seems unafected - I just don't know how it dropped in PR.

Ok, it looks like there are quite a few people interested in the sites - and it's hard for me to go back and forth trying to deal with all the bids.

What I want to do to make it easier, and to be fair to the original people who were seriously interested but are unreachable at the moment, is make this thread an auction thread of sorts. I have spoken to 8 interested parties, 6 of which seem genuinely interested.

I hope to not turn off any potential buyers by doing this, but I certainly don't want to sell my stuff short; nor do i want to make it unfair to the first person who contacted me and who wanted some time to look into everything.

So, we'll start the bid for all sites at $1500 - this thread "auction" will close in exactly 24 hours from this time.

If you'd like to bid on individual sites; the base prices are as follows (please contact for the domains):

#4 - $300
#5 - $300
#6 - $125

That is a good question, the way I had thought of it is whichever is the best offer.

If I get an offer on all but one site, I may just give the last away or something like that.
