There are legal issues on a name like that with his estate. I had to deal with them when I did an Elvis deal years back.

That's what we thought. LOL His estate thought otherwise. They weren't too dicky. Basically said hey great idea, cut us in on it or we'll sue your asses off.

Elvis was all about merchandising - you can still make money off his name, music, movies, etc. but Ali doesn't have as much in that regard. Still, would be a sweet domain to have!

I used to own Picasso.com and it was constant b.s from the Picasso Estate.

Finally sold it to the owner of Picasso Divewear who has a TM on the name so no problem.

that's adam's name. whoever is willing to pay $100k for it better have
a good set of lawyers that will let him make that money back before
the domain gets taken back, which it will.

Are you saying Adam had this name stolen or hijacked?

Because I saw him post about the auction on his forum. So it would seem this clearly was his auction. Adam also said he never received a C & D letter.
