Back surgery, I need it.
Blew out a disk 6 months ago. And this last month it has just gone down hill. I was trying to avoid it but now nothing seems to calm it down. I have been working from under my desk off and on for weeks and it just sucks.
My doctor says avoid it as slong as I can. But he also says he could solve back pain if the surgery was risk free. He just thinks the risk out ways the benefit. Anyone have a good or bad experience? |
I have never heard of anyone who had back surgery and felt better. Do research on options

Surgery should be your last option.

oh that sucks man, I have had backproblems forever. Recently I started with physical therapy to change the way I use my back and stuff and that has really helped me but I think your problem is much worse of nature and not really due to bad posture but more from a certain "accident".
if you think you need surgery I'd go with it, nowadays they can do almost anything so a backoperation shouldn't be that risky. |
i have the same problem till now because of levoscoliosis..and as per my doctor surgery is the very last option she can advice me.
why not consult a physiotherapist?? he/she can help your problem. |
