Who is someone worth a shit at CCBill?
I want to discuss a feature request that I submitted which was completely ignored. I know CCBill has employees/reps browsing this forum. Put me in contact with someone who speaks proper english who I can talk to about various options here.

i never said i didn't get replies.
i got a reply, it was a generic "this issue has been resolved" to a feature request i was told to submit. which is tantamount to "ignoring" the request altogether. anyway, bill has helped clarify some things, and hopefully can roll some of my feedback up. |

I've never had any issues getting support from CCBill, always fast and helpful. Even if they are showing as offline...
