Is It Okay To Make Proxy Lists Public?

Okay so on my new stats system I will be dealing with alot of proxies and I am thinking about making it public, the proxy list (Without the port numbers), so users of trading scripts can add these to their system...

Is this okay or am I helping hitboters and cheaters?

Posting them with the port would make them die real fast, Would be kind of a good idea to post them to share with others to block the hitbots etc.

why make them die? they could just be exploits on legit company's servers... also why would you want to see the port number, just ban the IP..
